Where are Hug Your Life dietary supplements manufactured?
Hug Your Life dietary supplements are manufactured in Croatia in accordance with the HACCP system to ensure product safety and ISO 9001:2015 system for quality control of dietary supplements business operations. Each batch of products undergoes manufacturer control and receives a corresponding analysis certificate. Product safety checks are regularly conducted at the Institute of Public Health Dr. Andrija Štampar.
Since when have Hug Your Life dietary supplements been available on the market?
Luminus Mod company, specifically our own brand Hug Your Life, has been present in the market since 2013. Hug Your Life dietary supplements are Croatian products with innovative formulations that contribute to quality and healthy lifestyle.
Where can Hug Your Life dietary supplements be purchased?
They are available in pharmacies, specialized stores, as well as health food stores. Additionally, they can be purchased on the Hug Your Life webshop where customers can benefit from additional advantages and discounts.
In which countries can the products be found?
We are present with around 10 international customers or distributors. Hug Your Life products can be purchased in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Morocco, Kuwait, Serbia, and Sweden.
Are the products analyzed for health safety?
Hug Your Life dietary supplements contain pharmaceutical-grade raw materials from renowned global manufacturers that meet strict EU standards and Croatian regulations. Ingredients for capsule formulations in powdered form come from all over the world depending on the specific ingredient and its natural, indigenous environment. Hug Your Life dietary supplements are subjected to the HACCP system to ensure product safety and ISO 9001:2015 standard for quality management of dietary supplements business operations. Product safety checks are carried out at the Institute of Public Health Dr. Andrija Štampar. Each manufactured batch undergoes stringent controls and receives a product analysis certificate accordingly.

How can I register on the Hug Your Life website?
Upon visiting the website, you need to create a user account on our webshop and provide your personal data, email, and create a password which you will use to log in to “My Account”. More information at the link.
Do I get benefits when creating my own profile on the website?
If you sign up for our newsletter during registration, you become a member of our loyalty program – Hug Loyalty! This way, you receive discounts starting from your first order. With your second order, you get a higher discount, and with your third, you receive the maximum discount which becomes permanent. More information at the link.
Do I need to create a user account to place an order?
No. You can order Hug Your Life products without logging in to the website. However, it is beneficial to create an account because you will receive additional discounts through the Hug Loyalty program. More information at the link.
I am a member of the Hug Loyalty program but I am not getting a discount in the shopping cart. What should I do?
You need to ensure that you have signed up for our newsletter in addition to creating a user account on our webshop. Also, if your cart contains products that include freebies, are part of the Special Offer promo package, or are currently on sale, the Loyalty discount does not apply as discounts do not stack. We use myPOS Europe Ltd, headquartered at The Shard, Level 24, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG, United Kingdom. It is an authorized electronic money institution and payment services provider, depending on the client’s country of residence, exclusively providing electronic money and payment services on the myPOS platform www.mypos.com
Operating in all countries of the EEA (European Economic Area), the UK, and Switzerland, myPOS is available in 19 languages and offers customer support in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Greek, German, Hungarian, and Bulgarian. myPOS provides all payment solutions that a business entity might need – online merchant accounts for e-money with dedicated multicurrency IBANs, mobile credit card devices, business cards, e-commerce tools that are easy to embed, and more.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. Feel free to call us at +385 1 2984 432 and order the products you want. We can immediately send the package if it is a cash on delivery shipment or send an offer upon which you deposit the money. Once the payment is visible, your package will be sent to you. Orders are accepted from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
Delivery
Which delivery service do you use to send products?
We deliver all online orders from the Hug Your Life webshop via GLS, and product delivery generally takes 1-2 days.
What are the delivery costs for products?
The delivery cost for orders valued less than €39 is an additional €3.99. Outside Croatia, shipping costs vary by country. The price for each country will be displayed in the shopping cart.
When can I expect the product delivery?
Domestic transport packages typically arrive at their destination within a standard delivery time frame of 24-48 hours (excluding islands). GLS delivers packages from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 4 PM. Additionally, GLS informs you via email about the scheduled delivery time.
How can I find out where exactly my package is?
You can track your package online at any time. Please note that GLS uses distribution centers, so the delivery routes may not always appear direct. To see the current location of your package, simply enter the package number. More information at the link.
What happens if I am not at home during the delivery time?
GLS will attempt to find a neighbor willing to accept the package and sign for it. If there is no neighbor available to receive the package, GLS will leave a notice, and the package will be returned to the depot (local warehouse).
In both cases, the delivery person leaves a notification slip with the neighbor’s name and/or GLS contact information. You can contact GLS by phone, email, or GLS Delivery Manager web application to arrange the most convenient terms for the next delivery attempt. Through the online interface, you have the option to choose from several possibilities and even redirect your package, and GLS will attempt the next delivery according to your instructions.
If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, GLS can, upon the recipient’s request within the specified storage period, make a third delivery attempt. If the final delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the sender after the four working days storage period expires.
Can I order products outside the Republic of Croatia?
We deliver products internationally and send them via GLS. We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Can I pick up the ordered product in person from the webshop?
We do not offer personal product pickup, but we send them via the GLS delivery service.
Complaints
Who can I contact if I have a complaint?
If the customer is dissatisfied for any reason, they can submit a written complaint via email to: hug@luminusmod.hr or by mail to: Luminus Mod d.o.o., Dankovečka 12, 10000 Zagreb.
The customer has the right to complain about the goods in the following cases:
- Delivery of unordered goods
- Delivery of expired goods
- Delivery of goods with defects or damage

Can I return or exchange the ordered product?
If the ordered goods have packaging or capsule defects or damage, please attach proof in the form of a photo along with a brief explanation to hug@luminusmod.hr. The consumer has the right to inform the merchant within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods. Valid requests will be resolved within 7 days.
Within 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date, consumers who have purchased products remotely have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating a reason. The right to return an order (unilateral termination of the contract) is available to all Hug Your Life webshop customers. More information can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.
