Delivery is carried out via GLS and is available throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia, except for certain islands. Ordered items are delivered within 1-4 working days from the day of order receipt or payment (usually within 2 days). In exceptional cases, due to item sell-out, unforeseen circumstances, or delays in delivery from our principals, delivery may take longer than the specified period. You will be notified via phone or email in such cases. If the GLS courier cannot find you at the specified address, a notice will be left for you to contact them for rearranging delivery.

Free Delivery
Free delivery is available for all ordered products valued at 39.01€ and above, regardless of the delivery location within Croatia. We deliver to the territory of the Republic of Croatia and to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Ordered goods are packaged to prevent damage during transport under normal handling conditions. Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting the ordered goods for any damages and should immediately report them to the delivery person. Refusal to accept delivery of goods visibly damaged on the outside is advised.
